https://youtu.be/PHLKNS4G6uc Update: 11 March 2024: If your administrators are likely to be candidates at any stage for any IPSQA assessment product, then one option is for them to have two ITM profiles. One as a personal candidate (i.e. home address, personal email address and mobile etc), and one for their role as an ATC Administrator (using business address, business email address). This way, IPSQA can assign ITM privileges to the "administration" profile. If you do this, you should put "(Admin)" in the Last Name field of the administrator record and use a different photo to easily distinguish. Any assessments undertaken (as candidate) by the administrator should be done under their personal profile. The Admin profile must only be associated with their current ATC. The personal profile may be associated with one or many ATCs (i.e. they can be a client of other ATCs).
