ATCs can offer ProQual and DefraQual™ certification products providing they adhere to the following: Comply with ISO 17024:2012 Use only assessors that are designated by IPSQA Use approved assessment tools that have been approved by IPSQA (i.e. moderated or on the approved list). Do not provide RPL services or retrospective assessment for these products Maintain a license to use NFPA standards being assessed (ProQual only) from www.nfpa.org  Access to the relevant NFPA standard is crucial for both the assessor and student during assessments. Specifically, Part B assessments rely on the specific criteria outlined in the NFPA standard. The administration of is very similar to the Certificate in Public Safety, but the candidate is not required to demonstrate experience (Part C requirements). An administration checklist for  IPSQA ProQual and DefraQual™ certification product is available on ITM (available upon designation as an ATC Assessor).

One as a personal candidate (i.e. home address, personal email address and mobile etc), and one for their role as an ATC Administrator (using business address, business email address). This way, IPSQA can assign ITM privileges to the "administration" profile. If you do this, you should put "(Admin)" in the Last Name field of the administrator record and use a different photo to easily distinguish. Any assessments undertaken (as candidate) by the administrator should be done under their personal profile. The Admin profile must only be associated with their current ATC.
